Martin-Baker has developed two types of Crashworthy Passenger Seats for helicopters. Both seat designs meet the fore and aft facing requirements of TSO C127a.

Our seat products are found in all types of commercial and military aircraft. Martin-Baker has developed two types of crashworthy passenger seats for helicopters.

Both seat designs meet the fore and aft facing requirements of TSO C127a. One seat attaches directly to standard aircraft track. The other design attaches to adaptor beams which connect directly to existing aircraft floor structure. Both seats are easily installed and removed, reliable and low maintenance. Variants of these seats are currently standard fitment on S-92 Helibus and EC145.

Passenger seats are available with seat cushion fabric and colour options. Colour matching restraint systems are also available.Martin-Baker’s product range of crashworthy seating for both rotorcraft and fixed-wing applications now includes crew, passenger, utility, troop, armoured and rotating seats. All seats are certified to FAA/EASA and/or military requirements and support the operating requirements of a wide range of customers.
