Summer Placement
Summer Placements are 8-12 week opportunities and are best suited to those currently studying towards a relevant degree. They are available on an ad hoc basis, so we cannot guarantee availability for placements every year.

Work Experience
Martin-Baker are committed to providing work experience to schools and students in the local area. However, it has always been a challenge to balance the multiple requests from schools and the local community. To improve access to work experience opportunities and ensure that placements are fulfilling we’ve developed a 4-day Work Experience Programme for Engineering & Manufacturing at our Denham site.
This programme will take place up to three times a year and typically fall within half term / school holidays. We are unable to support specific school work experience weeks at this time.
Spaces are limited and given the level of interest, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate every request.
