On Monday 28th September 2026, a U.S. Navy E/A-18G Growler from VAQ-130 was involved in a mishap during aircraft recovery operations aboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower off the Virginia coast.

Both aircrew successfully ejected using the Martin-Baker US14A (NACES) Ejection Seat.
