Martin-Baker signs the Armed Forces Covenant

Martin-Baker is proud to announce the signing of the Armed Forces Covenant, formally pledging our commitment to recognize the invaluable contributions made by Service personnel, both regular and reservist, veterans, and military families. This pledge underscores our dedication to supporting those who serve our organization, community, and country.

The Armed Forces Covenant represents a promise by the nation to ensure that those who serve or have served, along with their families, are treated fairly and not disadvantaged. This commitment is now enshrined in law, reinforcing its significance and the nation’s dedication to the armed forces community.

Martin-Baker has a longstanding and robust relationship with the armed forces. We are honoured to receive stories from veterans and active servicemen and women about their ejections or their experiences maintaining Martin-Baker ejection seats, highlighting the critical role our armed forces play when serving our community.
