Our Graduate Programmes
We offer rotational Graduate Programmes within Engineering or Business Management.
Engineering
- Our Graduate Engineering Programme is a 2-year programme made up of 4 x 6-month placements
- Your rotations and specialisms will be across a selection of our Engineering functions, including Systems Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Product verification in Environmental Test, Programmes or Product Support
- You’ll explore different learning experiences, developing different areas of expertise, and joining other graduates who will also experience the programme.
- After this period of training, you will assume a role ideally in one of the functions you’ve successfully delivered within.
Applications are now open for our 2025 Graduate Engineering Programme. Apply before the 10th November 2024.
Business Management
- Our Business Management Graduate Programme is a 2-year programme made up of 2 x 10-12 month core placements within our Commercial and Sourcing departments
- During these core placements you will move within teams to experience:
- Sourcing – Direct and Indirect
- Commercial – Europe, Americas, Crashworthy and/or World Group
- You’ll also have the optional opportunity to have 2 elective placements of up to 2-months in duration in areas such as Business Development, Compliance, Finance, HR, Programmes, and more.
- You’ll develop expertise in key business areas, adapting your role to match your skills and passions.
- After this period of training, you will assume a role ideally in one of the functions you’ve successfully delivered within.
