I joined the Idaho Air Guard in 1987 and after going to just one shop ( Egress  ) I knew it was the shop for me, working on seats made me feel like I was doing something that made a difference, something bigger than just myself ! Within a couple of years one of my friends a Crew chief was on a assentive flight and things went bad, the ejection saved bot him and the pilot by just 10ths of a second because of the altitude and attitude of the F4 Phantom in mountains outside of Boise. Shortly after I went on to a full time career in Egress 30 years. Martin – Baker and the F4 hold a special place in my heart, I saw a lot of the world working on these. Thanks Victor Overton.
