My name is Mark Carrington, I spent over 23 years in the Royal Air Force and spent many years (19 to be exact) working on the Harrier aircraft installing and removing your ejection seats. Two of the seats that I was involved with fitting were actually used and both functioned perfectly.
I also spent time at North Luffenham AMTC operating the MB training test rig giving trainee pilots an overview of what an ejection would feel like.
