Below are a few more details about our hiring process, along with some frequently asked questions that you may also have.

If you’re successful after applying for a role, we’ll invite you for interview. Interviews are normally conducted in two stages and by at least two people, including the line manager and a senior manager from the relevant department.

Candidates may be asked to undertake aptitude testing, a practical skills test and / or a presentation on a relevant topic as part of the interview; this will be explained when being invited to complete testing or invited to interview.

If an aptitude test is required, candidates may be asked to complete them before or during the interview and a link will be sent providing further information on the tests. To find out more about the tests we use, and to complete practice tests, please follow the below link.
