If you’re successful after sending in your CV and application to firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll invite you for interview – you can find more information about this first step alongside our list of roles. Interviews are normally conducted in two stages and by at least two people, including the line manager and a senior manager from the relevant department.
Candidates may be asked to undertake aptitude testing, a practical skills test and / or a presentation on a relevant topic as part of the interview; this will be explained in the invitation to interview letter. If an aptitude test is required, candidates may be asked to complete them before or during the interview and a link will be sent providing further information on the tests. We always ask you to bring proof of identity, right to work in the UK, confirmation of address (a driver’s licence or utility bill) and evidence of qualifications documents to your interview.
